Shipping policy
This shipping policy applies to all purchases made through our webshop, operated by Nîmes.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within Sweden and the EU (excluding Norway and the UK).
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days within Sweden and 3–7 business days within the EU. Delivery times may vary depending on location, holidays, and order volume.
Shipping Costs
Sweden: A flat shipping rate of SEK 49 applies to all other orders.
EU: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using Early Bird and PostNord Varubrev for home delivery within Sweden. DHL is used for service point delivery, and DHL or UPS for shipments within Europe. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a return handling fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Damaged or Missing Items
If any items are missing or damaged upon delivery, please contact us at hello@nimesofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
