Which payment methods can I use?

Where do I enter a discount or promotional code?

You can enter your promotional or discount code at checkout in the “Promotion code” field in the order summary. Please make sure to enter it before placing your order.

HOW TO USE

How do I use The Clean One?

Shake well before each use. Spray an even layer on the inside of the collar or neckline of the garment you plan to wear. Let it dry for 2 minutes — then wear as usual. The invisible barrier lasts up to 8 hours.

Can I use The Clean One on different types of garments/fabrics?

Yes — you can use it on all types of garments such as T-shirts, shirts, jackets, blouses, and more. The product works best on smooth fabrics. Structured or knitted materials may make it harder to apply an even layer. We always recommend testing on each garment before full use. Always patch test on delicate fabrics.

Will it leave any scent?

When first applied, you may notice a soft cotton flower scent. It will fade gradually within 15–20 minutes.

Will the fabric feel different after application?

Yes — your collars may feel slightly crisper and will hold their shape better throughout the day.

Will The Clean One help prevent permanent stains?

Yes — if any dirt or makeup does transfer, The Clean One helps prevent stains from setting, making them easier to remove in the wash.

We currently ship within Sweden.

How do I return an item?

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective. Items should be returned as a letter or parcel. Please contact us at hello@nimesofficial.com for return instructions.
